Policies for using the system for e-commerce.

With access to the website and THEPWORLD when ordering products / services, you consent to accept the terms of this Policy to use the system for electronic commerce.

THEPWORLD retains the right to change these policies and conditions at any time, and changes will be posted on this page.

1. POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF USERS OF CARDS

THEPWORLD will use personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations of the Republic of Macedonia. We will not publish personal data through any third party, except in cases where it is permitted or legally prescribed in order to use its rights or protect its interests or to comply with court orders or other legal or regulatory requirements . As personal information are: name, surname, ID number, address, email address, etc.. The buyer guarantees the accuracy of the entered data. THEPWORLD does not bear any responsibility if the entries are correct.

2. POLICY FOR PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

THEPWORLD is taking any necessary measures to protect personal data in order to prevent loss, theft and abuse, and unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. THEPWORLD throughout the duration of the transaction has no insight into the number, date, validity and security code of your credit card, or have access to any information related to your bank account. Data is entered on the website processing center, that processes transactions for on-line payments.

3. POLICY FOR CANCELATTION AND REFUND

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be welcome in your place. Registrations cancelled more than 7 days before the Event are subject to a 200 EUR.  administration charge. Registration fees for registrations cancelled 7 days of less before the Event must be paid in full. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

 THEPWORLD does not refund to the buyer, any sale is final.
